Default oil pan bullsh*t,look inside(moroso)

I have a moroso 7 quart oil pan,and can't seem to get it off.iIn the rear of the pan there are 2 alen head plugs, under the plugs are two nuts witch hold the back of the pan to the block(shitty design imo).I'v been at it for hours trying to get them out,but can't seem to get the socket to fit over the nut.Does anyone here run on of these, and if so do you remember what size the nut is.If I can't get them out today,i'm taking the sawzall to it.

here are some pics to give you an idea

if the nuts are the ones that hold the pan to the block, they should take a 7/16 socket.

You have to do the same thing with the spark plug sockets for a 2v 4.6.

My Canton pan is much easier to install. All the bolts are exposed.
