Default 2000 Cobra R rear wing

anyone know any of the specifics about this wing, as far as amount of downforce, if any, and at what speed, it produces? is it adjustable?

I need to put something on the rear of my car as I experianced some wheelspin at 145+ mph and it was a little scary to think of. plus I'm sure it would help getting off some of the high speed sweepers I run.
I know its going to get some ricer comments but I need it and everyone else is starting to show up w/ wings and aero stuff, so I feel like I am starting to be at a dissadvantage. I heard one guy saying he paid like $1,200 for his wing and I aint willing to pay that much.

I'll have to look in race pages...i'm sure somebody makes a knockoff R spoiler for less than $1,200. Have you checked Steeda?

cervini's makes one for under $300, but probably fiberglass vs. carbon fiber (if that's what you're looking for). sounds like the one that was $1200 might've been just that.

the wing that was $1,200 was a big alum. wing that looked like the typical ricer set of bleachers . but supposedly it could produce like 1000 lbs. of downforce at 6 degrees. this guy told me it makes about 500 lbs of downforce at 100 mph and 0 degree angle, which is where he was runnning it. I forget the name of the company that made it but it really seemed like they did their aero homework.

now I'm not sure if any of the companies that make the ricer wings out there can actually tell how much df they produce. maybe I'm wrong but it seems most are just aimed at making hondas look cool.

I just figure the R wing is they cheapest way out right now and it might just do something. I wouldn't be happy though if its not adj. I'll see if I have a pic of the wing.

Sweet mother of Jesus, those aren't wings, those are two sets of bleachers on the back of two cars.
