Ok well i was goin to work last week and i was just cruising at 65 cause thats about where it tops out at and my truck started overheating so i pull to the side of the road and theres a puddle of water and oil...(seperate) i have a little leak already that i know of and i had it towed to my work i bought a new water pump and installed it and it ran fine, but on my way home i noticed that the temp guage was VERY SLOWLY creaping up and it got to the top of the O on "normal"..so i park it when i get home and go in my room for about a half hr come out and there is a puddle of anti-freeze and oil ( seperate again) oil comeing from what looks like the oil pan and the water looked like it was coming from the Tranny?????????? so my question is what do you guys think the problem is and how can i fix it....please let me know ASAP! thanks guys or gals..

 

also how much is a cooling system flush?? and where?

 

Pressure test system that will find leak. Could be head, freeze plug,etc. Flush is about $50.00.

 

what engine? 2.9? my 2.9 rusted through the freeze plug in the back of the block behind the bellhousing, so that could be it.
