i dont know how everyone else feels about these ass bags, but they couldnt deliver a package on time if their fuckin life depended on it. for example i had a guy send me a package from gainsville ga on fri, just showed up today. i ordered a part from davie fl they sent it wed morning still isnt here. took almost a week and a half to get my case of trick shift from summit. and you get the same bullshit story from everyone you talk to" im sorry, but it says the package is in transit" KISS MY ASS!!!!!!! ordered a nitrous mastermind, was shipped fedex got it like in a day. im no longer going to use these bitches! fedex all the way. and if someone tries to send me a part via UPS, im refusing to take the package and sending it right back!

just had to vent before i blow a head gasket

 

i'mright there with u i had one of these posted in gen car chat.my heads where in clearwater and in transit to my house on friday,never got them so i called and said i needed them real bad can u guys make sure i get them monday they said we will have them to u in the morning when did i get them tuesday night at 7.and to top it off i had 3gs inssuerance on my heads and some one had to sign for them.i opened my door at the last second right before the guy was going to pull out my driveway ad the guy got out to make me sign for them.he was just going to leave them at my door step.but heres the kicker.i start to look at the heads and see some damage to almost all the cc chambers on one heads i'm like wtf call the guy to find out if they where like this or not.and he tells me nope the heads where perfuct when they left my house and not one scratch or ding in the chambers so i get looking at the other head and i see where my alt would mount up its missing a chunk out of it.i got half the damn steal threads showing on it and i'm like now i'm pissed so now i'm going threw the claims bull shit with them now and the fucked up part is the only way the one head could be fixed is with alot of mill work witch can really happen since the heads are at a 62cc chamber right now.oh and i forgot to say g.m doesn't even make these heads anymore they sold the castings to brodix and it now cost 1100$ a bare head.and i got a shit load of port work and killer parts in these heads......SO I'M RIGHT THERE WITH U ON THE FUCK UPS YEP FUCK U GUYS U SUCK AT YOUR WORK!

 

 

I had a ups guy that was not delivering to my address he was delivering to the same number but one street over. Happened a couple of times with stuff that I was waiting for, so I called UPS and complained very strongly, I wasn't nasty or cusing just very to the point. Haven't had a problem since.....got my heads in a day from Ft. Lauderdale. We pay money for a service, make it happen or we will go somewhere else. It is us that makes or breaks companies.

 

i was real professional on the phone, and all i got was the run around.
so.... wait till i sign for this package when it comes... ima right fuck ups and slam the door

 

I would have to say the same Iam ordering parts for about 4 different customers this week they all had to have it quick i pay the extra and the parts are not here over 5 days!!!!! I paid 3 day fee's ect. 1st they told me the package was damged or lost so i said great 6 weeks before i get the check ....Cool thing is my warehouse paid the money themselves and are going to wait for the check so I can have my parts faster the probblem now is they were scared of the hurricane and backed me out another day!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRR No more ups for me They are making me look really bad . I now am getting doubles of the product shipped down just to see if it will make it quicker if it was drop shipped . They Cost alot of time that = $$$ And also Alot of $$ For absolutly no reason .....
