If you want to do a V8 swap and money is a big issue go with the 5.0L. The 4.6 is a kickass swap but it is considerably more money to do. I'm talking from experience! The 4.6 is awsome and I wouldn't change a thing but it was more money than a 5.0 swap and very time consuming, but well woth it in the end!

For a 4.6 swap you need a AJE k-member and the t-5 bellhousing wont bolt up to the 4.6 so you have to get one made or I think someone makes one but can't think of the name. Swap ECU's or go carb. They have carbs for 4.6's but their pricey since they're fairly new on the market. But it would be a badass swap. -Mark
