Well this was a great way to kill a morning !

Finally after all of these years the heater core / air conditioning stuff is out !
My dash has a lot of cracks in it where it is screwed to the framing. Not sure if this was stress from the 100's of track / slick launches or it is normal. Might need to look into another dash.
Now starts the cage.

Hey Scott, get busy removing all that sound deadening material from the firewall as well making some plates to fill the new holes. You're not finished yet.

The sound deadening is staying. I do not care about shedding a few more pounds in leu of a louder / hotter car. It's not like I am bracket racing looking for every last thing.
