hey guys, I just ran into this thread. I'm surprised randy hasn't come online. Yes I'm a friend of his. All I know is he doesn't have a house right now, and doesn't have phone. He lost everything in shop. Anything more than that, he calls when he can. He told me he plans on reopening a shop, and trying to make everything right one person at a time, any more than that I don't know, haven't seen him. I did tell him to come online and respond to everyone, but can't tell you why he hasn't yet. For those of you PM'ing me, I will tell him to call you all, but I can't call him. Don't have a ph # to call him or anything. I have NO way to get in touch with him even if I wanted to, sorry.

so let me get this straight you all got f'd by this guyh and theres no criminal charges being filed? if 1 person calls the sheriffs department you guys will get all the info from the report like hisreal name and last known address and DL# and then you can file civil charges for your money. If anyone gets me his full name and a round about birthdate just approx year I can get lots of info from CJIS.

if he really does plan to make actually things right, he will still be out of money for the next 5 years the way this situation is going it seems with just the people on TR let alone his other customers
i dont know how he is going to do this at all
again, this is just speculation, because i do not know him personally

Freaky, everyone will try for criminal charges, etc. but randy lost EVERYTHING in business. Has NOTHING not even apt. to stay in. So what could everyone sue him for? For him to claim bankruptcy and then everyone loses out, and he tries to get everything together?
From what I understand, he has every intention of trying to work things out with everyone whether make payment plan to pay everyone back or whatever, but I haven't talked to him in a week, and haven't seen him in person in a few weeks, so not sure what his plans are at this point. Those of you who know Randy, he is a great person, just in a really crappy situation. I'm hoping he jumps on the board at some point to let everyone know what's going on, cuz I can't speak for him. I just got to know him fairly well over past year, and I think he is a really good guy.

O.k. I think we have enough names to work off of in this thread that people can start sending PM's to the people they need to talk to.
I am going to close this becasue even though what he did was not right we have a strict rule to not allow any sort of bashing. And I do not want to wake up to some all out battle once somone says the wrong thing.
