A weird question...
As some of you may know - my car has like 300,000 miles on it - probably more. Odometer reads 80,000 something - but the engine is tired - odometer has probably rolled over a few times?
Anyhow - When I put this new engine in - Im paying for the rest of the parts (have to get MAF Convert and ring and pinion install and a few bits and pieces like bolts etc) But im paying for the installation as well - someone from riverview tire on 301 is a good friend of mine (danny) and hes going to do it...
But down to the main point of this post - the trans. Everything works - all gears are operational and other than that i have no idea what condition that thing is in. When my car goes from 100hp to 300ish what do you think will happen to that old T5?
Im 18 and Im definantly not rich and new/rebuilt is expensive. You think she'll hold up?

Well the tranny hasnt been beaten on in a few years because the car is so slow...
I dont dump any clutches when im driving so hopefully she'll hold up till i can rebuilt that mess....motor is going in this weekend and will have pics...omfg i cant wait
