Rather than keep it on and remove it for the track, I prefer to keep it off and just put it on if I feel like hitting turns or what have you. It has been off for well over a year and I've never felt like it compromised my ability to avoid accidents, etc. Immediate improvement in weight transfer when removed.

Also steering response will still be decent but if you steer left right left right quickly it feels like leaning back n forth in a canoe .

with a mostly stock car, not much at all. with one with a full suspension and sticky tires it will be the differance between a 12.01 timeslip and a 11.88 timeslip. just helps lift the front when launching, nothing to hold the car down on the ground, the front suspension will just travel and will not be stopped my the end-links after 4 inchs of travel.

You might as well try it at the track and see what happens. I think it would help your 60' a little.
