Hey is there any Cougar Owners out there? I relize the like a big fat women when it comes to LBS and they are slow as hell ,but I would like to meet some Cougar Owners

 

um...my wife has an 01 v6 cougar with a hard shifting tranny and a fuel pump going out

 

lol my god the v6's cant even spin out on a corner

 

i just did it for the 1st time in my sisters car i was like oh shit son

 

oh yea there slow as fuck they feel like they kind of not really move from 50mph to like 65 or so then it just falls on its face

 

i do, main proble with the cougar is that they should have put the 3.0L taurus engine not the 2.5 contour engine, the manual v6 cougar usually runs about 15's -16's stock, and the engine bay is so small that a turbo set up has to be custom and a supercharger will only fit on a manual, but the cars speed dont match its looks.
