svt prob

Angry svt prob

i have a 99 cobra that wont start... its getting spark but no fuel.ive replaced the fuel pump,tested the relay,replaced the module.still cranks but no start any suggestions on something else? i dont know if this has anything to do with it but i lost my key for it and had to have another one made so about a week went by and i found my old key,thats when the problems started now neither my old key nor my new one will start the car.you prob already knew it but they are microchiped keys is that my prob?did a lockout feature engage or something?throw me a bone here please someone!

did you check the fuses? my friend's 97 Cobra did that once and all we had to do it put in a new fuse.

yes all fuses are good checked the cs positioning sensor i cant figure it out to save my life.but got all fuses and relays are good.like i was sayin im getting spark but no go on the fuel side.but thanx for the guess!

check the fuel pump inertia switch, maybe it went bad, it turns off the pump in an accident.

it sounds like its a key problem. My 02 F150 did the same thing, one of the keys that came with the truck wasnt programed from Ford. Look in the manual and reprogram the keys and see if that works.

yes the theft light does flash and i noticed that too it use to blink like 3 times now is a consistant flash.

You don't need new keys you need them reprogramed to the car get it towed to ford
