I never heard of the Fusion before, either. Looks ugly. I never could understand how Ford got away with using a 4 only car to model a 2 door race car after. What happened to "Race it on Sunday, buy it on Monday." I am not sure about you guys, buy I have nerver seen a 2 door Taurus. It seems the only thing different between manufacturers is bodywork and powerplants. The teams used to actually use production cars to build race cars out of, and the motors had to be offered in cars. Personnally, I would love to see this Fusion offered with a 358ci motor, even if Ford only made 500 to fill a quota.

Its not just Ford. Dodge Chargers are 4 door only but they still run. The cars don't even look like their production versions anyway. I say NASCAR should run a common body, let each mfr stick their headlight stickers on them and take all the bitching about aerodynamics away.
