So Brandon Ford can bite my ass....
The SVT has a couple quirks that I'd like to get checked out by the dealership. I rush out of work and to get to Brandon Ford before traffic is horrid. Pull into the service area to be greeted by an empty drop-off area. Sign says they are open until 9pm...so where the fuck are the service managers/staff?
After standing around for a couple minutes, I walk into the "Service Office" to see if I can setup an appointment. Ask if I can get a loaner while the car is in for service & warranty work. She says "No, we don't do loaners. But we do have Enterprise on site if you want to rent a car." I tell her Ernie Haire Ford has always given me a loaner when my car was in for more than a few hours for warranty work. She tells me they have a free shuttle offered to customers. I then tell her to cancel my appointment & I'll just go another dealership. No comment from her.
So this marks completes my circle of shit customer service at Brandon Ford. EVERY other dealership (Ernie Haire & Bill Currie) offered me a free loaner when my car was in the shop. So why is it I have to pay for a loaner at Brandon Ford? Why is it every single time I go to Brandon Ford EVERYTHING is more difficult/stressful?

Because they suck at customer service, they stole the hub caps off my car and put them on a used car on the lot. My hubcaps had a scratch on the hubcap on the same spot on this cars. I had to hire a lawyer to get them to fix my tranny that had a extended warranty on it.

They suck. Customer Service and Sales.
I bought my car from them, only because they were the only dealership in the state that had a Competition Orange Coupe left. I will NEVER buy from them again.
They are a bunch of asses.

I have always had great service from Ernie Haire (where I bought my Mustang new) and Northgate Lincoln Mercury. While the Northgate people probably can not work on SVT's I would for sure go to EH.
Brandon Ford is a complete cluster fuck for the exception of Mark in wholesale parts.

i tried to buy a 04 Comp. orange cobra from them guys back in late January and ended up getting exactly what i wanted for the price i wanted. 4 days after having the car the dealership calls me up and says that i forgot to sign some paperwork, so i go in and they then proceed to tell me they cant finance the car and if i want it i will have a $720 a month payment!!!!! so basically i threw my keys at them and told them have fun selling that new 04 Cobra with 400 fresh miles on it.

How do they end up with all the kick ass car in their stock? I never bought anything from there, and don't plan on it in the near future, just something I don't understand. BTW, I thought with an SVT product, you are supposed to get a loaner car.

when my car was at earnie haire and bill currie i was offerd free loner cars. Its to bad that brandon ford is hte only place to get the svt's and roush's
