How about a turbo instead? I know you didnt list it as an option but it could very well be one and for less then a new supercharger. If you dont mind having a used turbo I bet you could have the kit made and put on the car for under 2k easy enough.

The reason I say turbo is that with the stock short block your better off not hitting it really hard all the time. A supercharger and juice both hit very hard and thats not good for your stock short block. Where as in a turbo comes on slower and is less violent in the hit.

Just my opinion.

that new NX plate is freaking sweet! but i already got the UPR plate which is much better designed, it has a place for a nitrous nozzle and a boost guage on the other side.

looks like it is going to be a sweet nitrous kit for now until a turbo kit or a supercharger kit comes around in my price range. i going to use a wet kit of some sorts and then just take the fuel pill up a notch or 2 and keep that A/F down really rich so there is no chance of smoking a piston or two.

i agree with plazma and dave, if you stay out of boost on the street its much easier on the engine, but you have to remember its also harder on the drivetrain

im working on buying a daily beater so i can keep my weld wheels and M/T tires on it for most of the time and not rack up mailes on the car back and forth to work everyday.

doing research on everything i want to put on it right now...

NOS or NX wet kit
Purge
Bottle warmer
fuel pressure safty switch
RPM window switch
WOT switch
which arming device do i want??? steeda looks enticing
wide assortment of fuel pills to make it a little richer than normal.

just ordered my rear seat delete kit from www.rearseatdeletes.com for a place to mount my bottle.

i wouldnt reccomend going too fat on the fuel pill, too much fuel is a bad thing, it will eat up you piston rings.
