Question about spray
I have a 88 5.O automatic, want to spray a 125 to 150 dry shot. What parts should I upgrade to be safe? I will definetly get a set of colder plugs and a tune, any other suggestions.

make sure you have a good aftermarket fuel pump, we have the bbk 255 intanks for $225 installed or $125 for the pump by itself, like he said, 1 step colder plugs and take out some timing

basically what everyon listed was right on,
make sure the motor has no problems first, runs good, etc, especially your fuel sysetem, the injectors will see like triple duty than what they are use to, so make sure your injectors are not 50 years old or have any problems... .
then just do what was listed above, go ahead and get a pump, new fuel filter, colder plugs, tune it and take out the correct amount of timing, and probably use a window switch....
then get extras for the kit itself as you go along, like bottle warmer and purge etc etc.... running that big of a shot you should always purge before a pass to avoid a super rich condition.
