Does anyone know how many horsepower the stock 351W block will hold?? In another way i am thinking in building Turbocharged 351W with forged internals and i want to get about 600 hp from the block reliably or i should buy the dart block

a stock cast 351w will hold around 12psi

You will be fine with 600rwhp and a stock block,with a turbo, good internals,and a girdle you can make alot more than 600
Ford rates them at 750hp conservativly,also the older blocks have a higher nickle content so they are considerately stronger.
