Dyno Predictions for 1994 GT
Well in the next couple weeks I'm going to put the White Stallion back on the dyno and see what she is making for power now, anyone care to make predictions?
Last time she dyno'd 193 hp with H-pipe, 40 series and a K&N filter. She also had a shot tranny that was just robbing power from her. Keep in mind that just the new tranny alone knocked about 4 tenths off the 1/8th mile ET. It's now running 9.5 @72mph on a 2.0 sixty time.
When she makes the pulls this time she will have this:
- brand new T-5 courtesy of Blue Oval Corral
- MAC cold air intake with K&N
- BBK polished aluminum underdrive pulleys
- Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
As far as the fuel pressure regulator goes, I'll find a "safe" setting for the fuel pressure, and after making a pull we'll may adjust it to get some more power out of it.
So what are your predictions? I'm shooting for 213 rwhp, give or take 3hp.

Was it an auto before or still a T5? I can't imagine a T5 robbing power on the dyno as long as it went into gear and moved the tires at all. If it was a T5 and you just put a new one in, you probably won't see a noticable increase in power. The cold air kit won't do much on the dyno, underdrive pulleys may be worth 5hp, and FPR won't do much unless the air/fuel is off which it shouldn't with those basic mods. Its getting nasty out weather wise, so if you dyno'd in the winter before, you may see a loss of HP, but any gains will be minimal I think.

Also the A/F ratio was not consistent at all, that was the other big problem.
My car went from 279rwhp to 304rwhp.. only difference being u/d pulleys and a new t5.
Seems like you should be trapping faster than 72 if your car has more than 193hp.

72 was a typo, it's 75mph
215hp, I would be ecstatic if I hit that much
