does the venom 400 really work

i am considering getting a venom 400 ,but i was wondering if it really gained the hp it says it does. any info would be appreciated thanks.

its not worth it i think i had on with a change in timing, and messing with tps settin it does the same the thing, my car runs the same actually .o6 faster in the 1/8
