Default Spring rates

just curious which spring rate i should get with my UPR k-member? i dont know shit about coil overs. i think i remember someone saying something like a 175lb spring rate but im not sure. i dont want to buy the thing and then have to buy another set of springs to make the most out of it.

in a drag set up i would use a 175lb in a 14" spring, but if your going for a lowered street set up then i would go with a 225lb or 250lb 12" spring and if you plan on rear coilovers too then i would up the spring rates slightly in the front to help match the rear coilovers
