is this somthing that warrenty should cover? I got about 100 miles left on it so ill rush it in if It will be coverd. The mechanic across the street said that my car has a limited slip and not a posi rear end and told me that both tires only are supposed to spin during launching? So is whats happening normal as he says, or not? The damn guy makes everything so complicated, my parents always want to listen to him so I have to convince them that he is wrong about EVERYTHING

Ford 8.8 are known as trac-lock rearends, not pussy........I mean posi rearends. Limited slip is the proper term for either one.

well ford should be free as long as its coverd under warrenty. I might just drive it untill I get gears and fix it when the rear end is already apart. There was also somthing said about ajdusting the clutches, how hard is that?
