Default Power Steering Pulley

Does anyone know of a better way to pull the Power Steering Pump Pulley off? I can't get this thing off to save my life.

Well I have run out of my profanity vocabulary. Is the pulley just pressed on or is it threaded? I have never had this much of a problem with a pulley before.

pressed. With the tool, it comes off easy. You'll also need the to reinstall.
