Thumbs down Do these look infected?

Driving the car to church this morning I get about a 1/2 mile from home and the car starts to smoke (not good). So I pull over and take a look and what it could be and I notice a little oil on the headers. But it smells worse then oil on the headers. So I check the dip stick and theres oil on it. Wipe it off, rinse and repete. No oil. Try again, no oil. So I put a qt. in. Continue my drive to church (about 2 1/2mi) car starts to smoke again from the same spot (rear drivers side of the motor).
I pulled the drivers side plugs and here is what they look like. An ash color on the prong and a red/orange on the ceramic. Heres a pic from front to back. I think its time for new plugs. I hope I didnt burn anything else up, but with that smell I think I did.

I havnt seen any oil in the driveway and the oil pressure is good. I knew the plugs couldnt be too bad because they were not lean or rich. I just got new plugs and oil. So Ill change those and see what it does from there. Ive had the car running about a year now so I think its time to change a few things here and there.

Check out for any possible leaks around the intake, or loose valve cover bolts.
