its not that hard, you just need special headers and mounts, i think TA makes them, summit definately sells them, make the job much easier

 

meh, screw getting expensive crap from summit. what ya need is fox body stang gt convertable mounts switched side to side, and explorer v8 manifolds or the FMS headers if you can find them. check out my www for pics of mine, and check out www.TheRangerStation.com and www.RangerPowerSports.com for good tech and walkthroughs on just that sorta thing. good luck!

I helped a friend of mine install a 302 into a 1990 ranger back in 2001. Wasn't hard at all, he had bought a kit that included the motor mounts and long tube swap headers. He ended up putting a c4 behind it. The truck was stupid fast but would light up the tires a little too fast for me.
