Lier, have msd and flowmasters....and newly weight reduction since i have no fender.
Update i just checked my g-tech logs and it was 0-60 in 6.1....

+1 on that, i wont ever have my car running near 13.0 let alone 13.8. even on the giggle gas my car only hits 12.6 at 5400rpm and then richens back up to around 12.0 all the way through.

seems to me that you would make more power if your A/F was around 12.0-11.5 and you would never have to worry about blowing you junk up when it gets cold again.

BTW: when it does get cold again your car will lean out even more and potentually blow up, that is the reason alot of lightning motors blow up around here.

First of all lets get this straight. I didn't do any "tuning" on Dan's car. Dan called me on the phone probably 2 months ago and was asking if I could change around the transmission ratios in a chip because he changed from the aode to the 4r70w transmission and the ratio's are different. I told him for a basic chip with the transmission ratio's changed it would be around $300 or he could get a dyno tune with everything for $500. He decided that he would go with the basic chip and install it himself. He took the chip and about a week later he called asking about maybe doing the upgrade to the dyno tune but never decided on anything at that time. Two weeks later he calls and said that he talked to superchips and they have the perfect transmission program for his trans swap and asked if I could burn one of their programs to his chip. We set it up for the following Friday to do their trans program and a dyno tune. Well Friday came and went and no Dan. Dan calls on monday or tuesday and said that he was busy and couldn't make it. No problem and we schedule it for Friday again. Well Friday came and went no Dan. Oh well I guess he was busy or changed his mind. A couple of weeks later I get a call from Superchips and they said that he is upset and was wondering what was going on. Well anyway a week later he brings the car with 2 programs that superchips sent him. I burned the 2 programs to the chip and installed them in his car. Went for a test drive and I felt the one program shifted a little early but the other wasn't too bad. Dan picks up his car and comes back the next morning and says that the Superchips program is making his car miss and he wants to dyno tune it. Well it didn't seem to be running that bad the day before so I walked out to the car and opened the hood. I looked under the hood and lightly touched the mass air meter and it fell off (wasn't even tightened up) and there was a burned up spark plug wire. I informed him of the problems and said maybe he should fix them and drive it for a day or so to see if everything was ok. Next thing I heard is that superchips had another program and he wanted me to burn it for him. He calls on Friday and said he would be by later in the afternoon. Well I get a call about 5:00 and he said he was tied up and will be late. I told him I couldn't stay too late but If he hurried up I would be here. I left after 7:00 and still no Dan. The next day Joe said that he showed up after I left wanting to know where I was. I don't mind waiting and anyone that knows us, knows we are usually here late every day but that particular day I had some previous plans. Just wanted to set this straight because I didn't do any "tuning" on Dans car. He had me install some programs from Superchips.

I was there at 625 and left a job to get there, My customer gave me a ride to bring the chip there and you were not there I called 26 freakin times from 830-500 when you finally picked up the phone my partner was there the entire time,I previously asked about a dyno tune to fix the problems and you said you never had time I called to ask about monday you said call back tuesday, no answer on tuesday, I finally got ahold of you on wednesday and asked about friday you said you were too busy, I should of known when you handed me the chip and said that you dont sell many of these. I have asked alot of people about your shop before going there and most said dont do it but I didnt listen and got burned, even the sct guys were telling me to get a refund on the chip and buy another from Ramsey's. your shop has some nice stuff in it you can build racecars but your customer service and buisness management are poor at best, I asked joe about the phone and he said oh most of the time we dont answer it because it bothers us while we are working, for christ sakes man dont you think you should at very least return the calls on your voicemail I have continually left messages and have never had one returned in the last 2 months.I never once tried to blame the Idle prob on the chip I asked if the files for the engine had changed you said you had no way of telling when in fact the program lists all the changes that were made on the lower left of the screen,did you not know or were you lying?I was shown how easy the program was by SCT and all along I was telling you what ever it takes I want it right you burned the ratios after I had to send them to you(this is a stock ratio'd 4R70w-holy crap have you never heard of one they are in all 99+ Auto Mustangs just about all MN-12 T-birds and every pushrod Explorer) and I had to give the info to you.I didnt write any posts here to slam you but I will defend my words when challenged and keep someone else from making the same mistake as pat and I.I have nothing against you personally but your buisness skills are lacking and you've bitten off more than you can chew I guess.

Ported gt-40's,1.72RR, Port Matched Cobra U&L,70mmTB,77mmPro-M,24lb injectors,Underdrive pullies,Cold air,BBK Headers,Dr Gas X,Flowpath Dumps,2800 Stall,Alum DS,SCT Chip. 4R70W Trans (Wide Ratio) prob a few things I left out, I followed an article in MM&FF from a few years ago about 325hp with stock Cam. they made 317at RW.have spark prob at top end, think its ignition related putting in a crane HI-6 today.BTW my car weighs a little more than a fox body so my 0-60 times are gonna be slower.didnt really build the thing up for drag racing wanted to run flat out have hit 170mph previously. but trying to hit 185, speed and quickness are 2 diff things.think of them as torque and horsepower.
