Cylinder heads under construction

Took a few pics today of my heads getting a little more work and fixing some casting issues from the factory. Overall very little else was done to them port wise but the flow numbers did pick up nicely after a few little "adjustments".
I can only imagine what a high dollar set of heads will do on this motor, maybe next year since these will need to do the job for a while.

That's because Fox Lake has a deal with two of the major heads builders and neither is Edlebrock.
I also think they are the best kept secret they just have not got the press time in the Mustang mags to catch on like some other heads have. Again I do not like to follow what eveyone else does if you could not already tell that.
I was happy with these heads when I was n/a, when I had the turbo on the old block, and they should do quite well this go around. While they do not flow like the big boy heads they also did not cost anywhere near what those heads go for.
We picked up about 30 cfm from a few changes but there is still a few things to do. But turbo cars do not need massive peak numbers like n/a and juiced motors do. These pull nice and evenly but nothing huge.

i under stand the the exhaust port design on these edelbrocks are just like the victor jr heads. i dont follow what everyone else does either, once i stopped listening to every one else and did my own research and picked my own combo, my car started getting really fast....
thats a nice pickup IMO, i bet its about 30 cfm across the board too, not in just a few peaks, ill take that over a 50 cfm increase at a ridculous lift number i dont even make it too any day.

You and I have a lot in common. If I listened to everyone else I would have a efi car with juice or a blower.
(Sorry guys no offense)

Yes it is 30 across the board and not just some made for magazine peak flow number. But I will still keep my eyes open for a set of Glidden, Yates, or big Brodix heads and if the price is right I will buy them and sit on them until I let the burns on my wallet heal up.

If you want yours done up the same I could give you the number to my builder and he might take yours on since it would be a pretty easy job and it would still be fresh in his mind.
Let me know.
If you don't mind me asking, what kind of airflow are you getting from them? They look great.
I'm gonna be running stock heads on my setup until I decide on a set of cylinder heads, and you 2 speak so highly of them, I may give them a shot.

Anyway, back on topic... what kind of cfm are the heads pulling around .3-.6 lift?
