I don't know exactly what the offset is, you may want to check out www.corral.net
Just so you know, the 05's have alot more backspacing than the previous gens. They make a bullit wheel for the 05's that has almost no lip where as the previous bullits had an inch or so.

well, i was wondering if they will clear coilovers in the front. but somehow this got on the subject of the 05 mustang. i just wanted to know what the offset of the 99 builit wheels was. i need something in the range of +15 to +25mm offset.

Most domestic rims get measured by back spacing not offset. Take your current rims and measure the back spacing on them and go from there
