Default MSD parts F/S

It seems that I need to stop listening to people that evidently don't know what they are talking about. I was told to order an MSD coil, MSD 6al, MSD TFI coil, and an MSD TFI harness.

Since I am running a Carb I will not be using a TFI coil nor the TFI harness. I just paid 46.88 for the coil and 17.88 for the harness........ that I can't friggin use since im not running a damn computer. If anyone needs these parts please let me know, they are new in the package I just got them tonight from Summit. Score so far: me - 0 / dumbasses - 2

pn# are
coil - MSD-8227
harness - MSD-8874

Well you can make it work if you want and dont want to lose money. The Corral forum explains how to do it. My 89 LSC 5.0 about 5 years ago used a TFI coil and the MSD harness and I converted to carb. The coil has a positive and negative side just a different plug connector. It can be done, I believe even MSD tech new how to do it.

you still have the TFI distributor though right? i think to run a msd box alone you need a duraspark distributor... dont know for sure though, but from what i have read that is the understanding i have....

Default MSD setup

TFI coil (hence the FI in the name) is for FI and you CAN run the MSD dizzy with the 6AL box and Blaster (3) coil. I can take cameraphone pics of mine if you would like to see it.
