For every day driving the boxed steel would be fine, the aluminum would be nice but depends on your goals with the car.

Do yourself a favor, and please dont get lower control arms with poly bushings on both ends... get a spherical bushing on one end please...

What ever you get make sure they are adjustable.

on adjustable lowers are fine, BMR makes great stuff you should be happy with them
