Default Back with questions

Ok, so im back in tampa on spring break and have some cash burning a hole in my pocket and i was thinking about getting some goodies for the stang. my questions are basically about the quality of parts.
1st are MAC products (plenums and TBs) really all that bad?
2nd where should i look to get a decent and relatively inexpensive cat'd x pipe
3rd, why did my screen name switch from Domestic Disturbance to "bubb/\"??? and what happened to my account? did the server go down sometime in the past few months?

appriciate it

i hear that from a lot of people, but why just the exhaust (besides that you cant really crew up metal tubing) but honestly i cant really see a difference in a MAC plenum compared to the dragon or similar

Well I wouldn't ever own a MAC TB, that is all there is to it. So I would wipe that off your list. Now you want an inexpensive X-Pipe, since you want it cheap just scratch Bassani off your list, and you want cats on it? Well then scratch the inexpensive part off. BBK makes a nice one and MAC as well. As far as a plenum goes I assume you are talking Intake plenum? I would get a Bullitt intake if I were you.

hmmmm, well i scratched the x pipe completely, i got a killer deal on a mac prochamber, and i went ahead and got the chip settup so now when i finally get around to actually bolting things on the chip cna be reburnt for it.....

and the bullit intake is nice but its damn expensive.....too expensive for the perfoemance gains......
