Default Trouble with alt and belt

been awhile since ive been on here, im having a little prob with my alt on my 1994 ford escort lx, recently it went out, so i bought a new one fron autozone, decided to replace the belt while i was at it, got in there and replaced it, started it, it runs good now, except the terrible squeeling,, so i shut it off and looked again, checked the belt diagram and everything is fine, i even used belt conditioner / belt dressing , i then noticed that the tensioner was touching one of the wheels, i at first thought that i had missed one of the wheels but i checked it again and its on right , not skipping or jumping, but i do know the tensioner is suppose to be suspended from any of the wheels and not touching.

not sure what to do, its like the belt is a tad too long for it, the size for the belt is made for that particular car,the belt size is 25-060532

do they make a smaller belt i could switch to? other than that its fine though. just stumpped, any help appreciated, thanks.
