Default 5.0 Mustang and Super Fords Mag

Anyone on here work there, I know they are located in Lakeland? I just want to inform you that I have been a long time subscriber and it seems I get a renewal/cancellation notice every 3-4 months. I thought that this was worked out in October, but I just got a "Your subscription has officially expired". In October I was actually renewed by Suzanne in Customer Service, and I still have problems. Anyone else have these problems? It is very aggrevating getting my mag and every three months or so has the covers that say I am about to lose my subscription. Sorry for the rant, I am just aggrevated.

I just noticed on my last issue they have my subscription being expired as well when it was renewed not long ago. This really irritates me because this isnt the first time its happened to me either. Do you know who I should to talk to about this problem?

Now that you mention it. I think I've renewed my subscription like 6-7 times in only 3 years or so. What's with that?

This is with 5.0 Mustangs.

I felt the same way with MM&FF. I then realized that some of the ads I got were not from MM&FF. However, after they sent me one two months ago, I wrote down the date and renewal lenght. I will see if they are getting me as well or if I am forgetting more stuff... :bbb:

The lady I am dealing with is Suzanne Samuels, and her e-mail is 5mustang@palmcoastd.com. I actually went to the website and sent an e-mail to customer service, and was assigned to her. I still haven't heard anything yet.

I got emailed back today that my problem was taken care of and that I would get the current issue in the mail first class. Problem solved.

I subscribed to them for a year a couple years back and I'll never do it again. Those mother ******s sell off your info to other businesses and your postal mailbox becomes overrun with junkmail. I didn't have a shred of junkmail until I subscribed and I still get it to this day because of it. I threatened to take Proggressive Insurance to court if they didn't stop sending their shit to me every 3 or 5 days. That issue was cleared up real fast.

This is with 5.0 Mustangs.
You paid for 7 subscriptions in 3 years time?

You guys can check on their website to see when your subscription is up, I get those renewal things too.
