dynod the car today..
That's a bit low but that's how it is. Some are a lil stronger than others. Offroad pipe and timing adjuster will wake it up.

so would added weight mess it up or not? i plan to do an offroad hpipe and headers eventually, but for right now i cant afford that
now i am hearing that the dyno i ran on is a little lower then normal, who the hell knows.. i think i will just take it to coastal, put it on the MUSTANG dyno and see exactly what i am at, acuratly.

i believe on a mustang dyno weight is part of the equation to determine hp. what kind of dyno was it? it is really just a number. my cobra dynod like 316hp/312tq at coastal. sam enter my wieght at 3300lb if the car weighs more than that the hp/tq would be higher.

yeah i got it at glenns shop, i might go to race related and get a second opinion sinnce others got low numbers too
Dyno numbers are all relative. One DynoJet chassis dyno might read a few more horsepower than the next. They all won't read exactly the same. You also have to think about the weather conditions when you dynoed your car as opposed to someone else. There are a lot of things to consider when you compare two different cars dyno numbers.
Now that you have a base line, make some modifications and go back to the same dyno and see how much more horsepower you picked up. Jumping from dyno to dyno won't give you accurate information since they all will read a little different than the next.

I think im just going to take it to coastal or race related, have it dyno'd and call it quits with dynoing. One of them will be doing any mod's that i cant do to the car, so i would rather have everything done by one of there shops.
