Different 02 harness for 5spd vs AOD?

Different 02 harness for 5spd vs AOD?
Converted my car to 5-spd a while back. All seems ok, but Im hearing of some other changes that I should have made. Is there a different 02 harness for the 5spd vs the AOD? How about MAP sensor?

I just did my car, and all i used was the wiring harness that goes through the trans tunnel, and connects at the drivers kick panel, some people dont even do this, they just want to make sure they get the reverse light wiring harness, which is fine also.
