supercharger question
If I buy bigger injectors with a calibrated mass air, do you have to make chages to the FMU. I was at Superchargersonline.com and they sell different discs for different ratios, and they seemed to correspond with injector sizes.
I also want to get my car dynoed and a chip burned. I wanted something like a Diablosport flip chip, which I know Sam at Coastal sells, but what do you guys at Race Related(James), Fordspeed(Joe), and Blue Oval(Chad) have that would work and what is the general pricing? I would eventually like to be able to use my nitrous kit with the blower, that is why I wanted a flip chip. I want a nitrous/blower tune for the track and a regular blower tune to drive around with.
Thanks for the info,
John

what size injectors are you looking at getting? If you step up to a 36 or bigger, you wont need the FMU anymore.

. I am gonna upgrade to a 255lph in tank pump also. Should I be ok with the stock lines?I also saw today that Superchips has a switchchip, any shop please feel free to chime in, definitely looking to get the car tuned in the next month or so.
Thanks guys,
John

If I ditch the FMU, can I get it tuned with the 19#s now, and get it retuned with bigger injectors later? I am thinking of getting 36#s now so I have no fuel concerns when I add the nitrous

You can not ditch the FMU if you are still going to run the 19lbs. The FMU is what keeps you from going lean. After you get injectors big enough to compensate, then you can ditch the FMU.

the 30's would be fine with the nitrous if he was running a wet kit.
