I have a mechanical fuel press gauge that i bought of a friend for 10 bucks. I know they are suppost to be mounted outside of the car.. but is there a safe way to use a mech. fuel press gauge inside the car on the pillar. I know they sell isolators so u dont have to run fuel into the car, but they run for like 60 bucks. Plus the steal braided lines.. Would i just be better off gettin an electric fuel press. and how accurate are the electric compared to the mech.

oil press okay without an isolator?

 

oil pressure isn't as bad..but don't use the little plastic tube that they come with. use a steel braided line.

 

awesome thats what i did... so shouldi go ahead and pick up an isolater and two 3 foot peices of steal braided line or just ditch the mech and get a elect fuel press off ebay for 100 bucks
