Default Does anybody have a OBD-II scanner?
I have a 2000 Explorer V8 with a check engine light on. I am not sure if any of the shops around here have something to check these trouble codes. The dealer charges $65...what are some prices? Hit me up!!! I plan to do the work, just need smeone to tell me what needs replacing. Thanks

BTW, the truck runs fine, I figure it has something to do with emissions equipment. Just want the light to go away.

Went to AutoZone and they did check the codes for me. Bad EGR valve, got a new one in and no engine light!! Thanks for the info. Fortified, thanks for the offer anyways, hope to see you on Saturday.
