find a beater fastback and restomod the fuck out of it... and dont do anything that resembles eleanor... youd be the first person not to. fastbacks are not that much more expensive but they styling is 100 times that of any coupe

Sorry man, hate to break it to ya but that is a 67 stang... those lights on the rear quarter only came on 68s and you can tell its a 67 by the bulge behind the scoop on the side...

*edit* Also on the inside of the headlight bucket you would see small louvers

67 no question

That first picture is of a '67. No rear quarter lights, big grill. My first Mustang was that in red.

The 10th Anniversary wheels would look great if the car were lowered substantially and the color were different.

So are you definately going to buy back your old coupe, or is the decision still up in the air?

I know my mustangs pretty well - like mach said, the first one is a 67, same basic car as the 68 with a few cosmetic differences.

That pic that you posted is EXACTLY what my 68 was - stripes, hood and all, except for the vinyl top. I think the color was called ivy gold, but I called it puke green. If I do mineup again, it will be grey metallic or silver.
