Check the oil filler neck - I think it was moved, which required a different strut tower brace in order to clear it.

yeah ford did a good job at making the car a pain in the ass to modify, i was looking for rims on my old one and i couldnt find shit that would fit the car right exept the ford racing rims. also retarted to move the freeking oil neck, whats the point???

o yeah and my question again... does the tri-ax shifter help it into gears alot easier? is it like a short shifter or what?

yes its a short shifter, and it has a spring loaded thing that pops the stick into third, so it virtually eliminates missing it, and it is i think $179 off steedas website
