Wiring up the MegaSquirt should be interesting though. Luckily Craig plays well with wiring.

Alan,
Just look around and find yourself a V8 donor car! There are cars out there that have a CD and can be picked up reasonably. I knew of one a few months back that was nailed in the drivers door. It had most of the interior, all the wiring, dash, motor, trany, rear and other items. It would be a great start for what you have. PM if you are interested in something like that...
Otherwise, if you are going to make it a full racer, you are fine where you are!

I didn't actually call Painless since I'm only poking around and not purchasing much of anything at the moment. But perhaps I'll call or shoot them an email sometime soon.
