Default Clutch problem?

OK i have had my clutch for about 4500 miles and it is starting to slip. well it is a ford racing king cobra that was brand new and it didnt make sense. i went under the car and fount that the clutch cable tightened itself so it wasnt engaging all the way when i was of the pedal. so i loosened it and made sure the 2 nuts where tight as hell. well it is doing it again. anyone know why it keeps getting tight on itself?

Do You still have the stock clutch cable and quadrant? If you do get ride of it because they suck. Go for an aftermarket one that you can adjust yourself.
