Plug wires on a 95 5.0 distributor

Plug wires on a 95 5.0 distributor
Anyone have a diagram of how the wires should go on a 95 5.0 (GT) distributor. A coworker thinks he has a couple wrong after swapping out the cap and wires. I keep finding info that says there was a different firing order between the 5.0 HO and the standard 5.0. What should it be?
