Locking lug nuts were a option on my wife's Honda SUV and most other companies are charging too. Alarm option, don't know.
Also not sure on the deluxe GT vs. premium, I looke on the Ford site and e-mailed a few people with good contacts and they did not have a answer. My guess it is some appearance package and has zero to do with performance.

there is no performance differance on the deluxe and premium.. i know on the body 99-04 the deluxe is the lower one, which doesnt have leather and a few other little features, and the premium is basically a fully loaded gt
