Find the TSB or recall on the net, print it out, and show it to them. Also keep pushing the issue up the chain within Ford. Do some research on the web to see how old a car has to be to NOT qualify for recalls (my friends are into Nissan's and there was a recall for mid 80's 300z's. Nissan will STILL fix those cars if they have never had the recall work done).
