Did you have your heads checked for warpage or any other issues? Are you getting the mating surfaces spotless clean and grease free? Have you tried re-torqueing the heads after a quick run around the neighboorhood and letting it cool off?
I'm confused?!?!?!?!?
How can you blow it up, there is not supposed to be pressure building up. The exhaust goes out of the port into the header and down the pipe.
Do you mean you have an exhaust leak?

Too much exhaust backpressure from the turbo blew the seals

Tonight, another gasket gets changed.
