If I were to purchase a 96-98 mustang cobra 4v. What type of mods would I need to make over 400hp and run low 12’s
Whats the best year of the cobra? What should i look for?

Bitemark has only boltons and full suspension on his ('96,'97,'98, ??? Cobra) and runs high 12's.

To make over 400hp is easy. Either nitrous or a blower(8-10lbs) Look for low mileage of course and underneath the rear fenderwell for rubber. Try to get the bright atlantic blue(more rare). I love that color.
In full street trim on 17" nittos my car went 12.64@109.x on motor. Like Toma said just bolt-ons. The motor is stock. Valve covers never been taken off. Time in sig was with some weight reduction and different tires. -Mark
