Default More wiring questions

Hello, I'm replacing my stock starter with a high tourque starter and I have a couple questions about the wiring. I made alittle diagram let me know what you think about the wiring.

In the stock wiring the dark blue wire has an inline fuse. Can I cut the ring terminal off and just relace it with a new one and connect it to the ground side of the relay?

Also, the starter came with no instructions and the starter selonid is alittle different. Anyone know which side is which? Here's a pic from the web of the new starter

The other side of the starter is just a single post.

Last question...With the big wire moving to the other side of the relay which I already have a cluster fudge of wires on it, what can I do to make them all fit? Distribution block? Another relay with a jumper wire? Please if anyone has an info LMK Thanks, Dan.
