How is it ignorant? There is no way to prevent the engine torque (with the exception of not making the power in the first place). You can do things to the suspension so that the torque doesn't disrupt the contact patch, but the force is still there.

Anti-roll bar,coil overs,good chassis stiffening and lots of time at the track tuning.Also solid motor mounts would help,but I don't think you wan't to do that.LOL
