I'm not sure about checking the power at the injector.(as in amount of volatage I know they are getting power but i'll verify how much)......... I've never tried it but it should be easy enough to figure out. I know all of the injector plugs are seeing some sort of pulse. The noid light showed all worked but I believe they were on the dim side.
I'm going to pull the lower manifold with the injectors still connected and crank it while actually watching the injectors. I've got other injectors I can swap it and i'll try the injector plugs in different orders until I figure which part is the problem.

I'm hopeing it's injectors because I need a bigger set anyway and chasing electrical problem isn't something anyone enjoys.

The motor showed good compression for not having any miles on it yet. I was in the 135-150 range across the board. Its yet to run since we put it back into the car.

I checked out the injectors and they were working as should be. Mine are firing cylinders 1-2 and 3-4 in sequence. That seems weird to me being that pistons 1 and 2 are opposites in terms of movement yet receive fuel at the same time. Anyone comment on that?

We got the car to run after messing with it for a bit and finding out the throttle plate was closing completly once the motor started trying to get air. If you hold the cable open just a touch it seems to run ok at as low as 1100rpm but I couldn't get it to go lower because of how touchy the throttle is.

So it wasn't fuel but the engine not running long enough to set off the second set of injectors.
