ground effects
i had bought a set of ground effects and and was woundering if they were a slap right on easy job? the only thing i had neglected to do was take the little metal strips off that the ground effect slid into anyone know an easy way to tackle this project or if i definatly need those strips and if i do where i can get them? any comments or suggestions would be a great help! thanx in advance

i think im pretty capable of doing my own work i was just wondering if i needed those metal strips? but if i were to take it to a bodyshop do you have any suggestions on where i should take it? or how much it would cost?(ball park) thanx
