Default Need Advice is This To Good To Be True??

i have a 2002 saleen 281 heres is the deal i was offered from somebody i met last week let me know what you think oh he wants $1500 for everything or $1250 if i don't want the maf sensor and superchip

Vortech V-2 S-trim Supercharger for a 99-03 Ford Mustang GT 4.6 L. The Vorteh can produce more than 350 horsepower at the wheels. Also included is a Superchips computer chip that was programmed and tuned by Jim D'Amore of JDM Engineering . I also am including an Anderson Power Pipe, this pipe sells
for $239.00. I also am including a Lightning 90mm MAF sensor which is calibrated for 42lb/hr injectors (not included). This sensor sells for around $199.00. I am also including a 3.48" pulley which you will see approximately 12 lbs of boost at 6000 RPM. I have the oil feed and return lines included. I do have the belt, I forgot to include it in the picture.
